Norton Mail Scam

Today, an employee got email below :

after I clicked the url, it's not going to norton.com. it's a phishing site that collect email account and email password.

What we can learn from this case :

1. it's strange if any service from outside company said can shutdown email service that we use, although that service isn't related with our email service
2.  although email sender from any reputable company( in this case NORTON), if it asked us to do strange activity, we have to recheck for preventive case. Some strange activities sucah as : click an url, open an attachment, send email , password account, etc.
3.  Use third party service to check the url or email attachment. We can use online service like virustotal.
